Helping them break challenging cycles and move toward hope, well-being, and control over their lives.

We employ a vast network of compassionate care professionals who take a long-term view to get to know their clients – their stories, dreams, and goals. Then, our team members develop care plans that ensure measurable progress throughout their care journey.

Health Connect America is proud to say that we are accredited through Council on Accreditation for all of our behavioral health service programs both in our offices and in the community. We first achieved accreditation in 2012.

The Council on Accreditation was founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America (now the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities) to help agencies achieve the highest level of quality services through identifying best practices and building strong infrastructures for decision making and oversight within agencies, as well as having clearly identified strategic plans. With over 40 years of experience in promoting best practice standards, they are a well-respected ally for the human and social services field. With the support of over 30 national and international organizations, a team of over 400 volunteers, and a highly skilled and experienced board of trustees and staff, COA is committed to promoting quality through advocating for best practices and operating within the context of a strong community. Health Connect America provides our services wherever you are — in your community, home or school, or in an office-based setting. We are partners for mental health professionals and community agencies who are seeking trusted, compassionate, and high-quality treatment options for the people they serve.
